Usage Report

After the permitted period has expired, you must always submit a “Usage Report” to the CSI via either post or email. Please note the following points.

  • The data of which the permitted period is expired should be deleted.
  • If there is any material utilizing the data provided from RUDA (such as publications), please send two copies to the CSI in addition to the “Usage Report.”

Period Extension

To continue using data after the permitted period has expired, you must submit an extension application.

  • Please check “Extension desired” in the “Usage Report,” and send it to the CIS by either post or email.
  • Once your extension application has been approved, you will receive an approval mail from RUDA. You can continually use the data until March 31 of the following year.
  • After additional periods have expired, please send a “Usage Report” to the CSI again.
